We are a Bharatgas gramin vitrak — a rural distributorship — working out of Chhedi Purwa on Station Road, Gonda. From here we serve city households and the villages in our territory: refills, new connections, transfers, and the paperwork that comes with all of it.

Send us your consumer number on WhatsApp, call the counter, or use the form on this page. You can also book through the official Bharatgas IVR or app — either way the booking reaches us, and your cylinder goes onto the next run for your area.

Broadly: your Aadhaar, an address proof for the house where the connection will be installed, a photograph and your bank details for the subsidy. Requirements do change from time to time — message us before you travel and we will confirm the current list, so you do not make the trip twice.

The printed rate on the invoice for that day — that is the whole answer. Rates are set by the oil company and change from time to time, so ask us for today's price and we will tell you before delivery. Our delivery staff do not charge anything above it.

Close the regulator knob immediately, open the doors and windows, and do not touch any switch, lighter or matchstick. Then call us. Do not try to fix the hose or the regulator yourself — tell us and we will look at it.

We are a gramin vitrak, so rural delivery is exactly what we are set up for — but every distributorship has an allotted territory. Send us your village name on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away whether you fall in ours.
